Horsham Artists is staging an Art Trail Exhibition over the week-ends 3rd/4th and 10th/11th July 2021

For the first time we have a venue in Southwater, this is a real opportunity to find out what is going on both across the Horsham district and closer to home.

With an especially designed map of the local Horsham District available to view and download at: www.horshamartists.org , you will be able to plan your visits to the 14 studios and exhibition venues where you will be able to talk with the 35 artists and makers who are taking part, about their choice of materials and the different ways in which they approach their work. Work will be available to purchase.

The map will also provide you with a list of artists and makers with an accompanying thumbnail image of their work so you will be able to plan your route.

Our Southwater venue hosted by Susan Tindall is in Woodlands Way, with local Sedgwick Textile Artist Esther Clark van Oostrum and Horsham Contemporary Patchwork Artist Vicky Glyn in residence, we hope Southwater residents will walk over and visit during the two weekends, open from 10am – 5pm. Refreshments, garden and 3 artists’ work to view! If weather fine, ‘Have a go creative experience’ for visitors.

Susan @ Tail End Art has original beautifully detailed, ceramic, mosaic, picture and up-cycled pieces. Dogs and nature are primary but not exclusive themes. Susan has exhibited and sold at The Royal Academy of Arts Summer Exhibition.

Esther’s range of exquisite textile items range from naughty puppy to complex house portraits, and practical & decorative pieces. Esther is a member of the Society of Architectural Artists.

Vicky makes colourful and stylish wall hangings and accessories for the home, including Liberty fabrics, and a range of patchwork bags with matching scarves.  Vicky is a member of the Quilters Guild.

Commissions welcomed.

We very much missed welcoming visitors to our Art Trail and Contemporary Art Fair last year and though we will be unable to hold our Art Fair this year we are very pleased to invite you to our Horsham Artists’ Art Trail 2021

We really look forward to welcoming you on our Trail.

*Please note that the Horsham Artists stands in the Carfax will only appear on both Saturdays.

*Venues are implementing Covid safety measures as possible.
