Please be aware that Adders may have been spotted sunbathing in this area. This beautiful creature is not aggressive unless provoked but is venomous, Grass snakes may also be seen and are completely harmless. Neither snake should be disturbed as both are protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and Adders are a Priority Species in the UK Biodiversity Action Plan.
